Ask how evidence was gathered
Record crawl scope, dates, tools, access and excluded areas. Sample important findings against the live site and distinguish errors from recommendations or preferences.
Prioritise by effect and effort
Ask which pages and users are affected, what depends on the change and how risk was assessed. A count of URLs alone does not establish business priority.
Define verification
For each accepted change, name the implementer, test, approval and follow-up measure. Preserve a before-state so completion can be demonstrated.
